I’ve been having private lessons and couldn’t recommend Kate enough! The studio is a safe space where you feel supported, encouraged and relaxed…. Lessons cater to all ages, abilities and is a super fun way to build fitness and strength 💪🏻
So took myself out my comfort zone tonight and went a new class and met new people , pole fitness, it was so good 😊, no video yet as it was my first one and not brave enough yet , but highly recommend and the instructor is just absolutely lovely and really good and amazing at it , thank you Kate Bowman see you next week xx
